Reliable as always

This was my third time using Water Butlers, and they were consistent as ever. I got the usual bottled water cases, some juice boxes, and a few deli meats for quick lunches. Delivery to the hotel bell services was smooth, just like my previous orders. It's why I keep coming back; I know exactly what to expect. They really take the stress out of grocery runs when you're on vacation.

Great value, saved us money

I was looking to save a bit on our Disney trip, so I ordered breakfast cereals, milk, and some paper plates/plastic utensils. The prices were really reasonable, especially compared to resort gift shops. The delivery fee wasn't too bad, and overall it felt like a smart way to manage our budget. Everything arrived exactly as ordered, which was a relief. Definitely worth it to avoid those expensive hotel breakfasts.

Good service, fast delivery

Ordered bottled sports drinks and gluten-free snacks. Arrived at the hotel quickly. Everything was correct. Made our trip easier. Will use again.

So convenient, loved it!

I ordered a fresh fruit platter, bottled water, and some granola bars for our Disney resort stay. It was so incredibly easy to arrange delivery, and everything arrived perfectly! Having snacks ready in the room made a huge difference after long park days. I can't believe I didn't use them before. Will absolutely be ordering again for our next trip, and telling everyone I know headed to Orlando!

Is Water Butlers generally better than Garden Grocer or Instacart for Disney? Like price and selection wise?

O Omar 2 months ago

From my experience, Water Butlers and Garden Grocer are pretty similar, both good for resort delivery. Instacart can be hit or miss with drivers knowing the resorts. Water Butlers feels more specialized for Disney.

A Anna W. 2 months ago

I'd say Water Butlers often has better prices on bottled water cases and things you'd want in bulk for a resort stay. Garden Grocer sometimes has more niche items. Instacart is good if you need something super specific from a regular grocery store right away, but the fees can add up.

how far out should i place an order for a disney resort delivery? trying to plan for our spring break trip and don't want to miss out.

M Mark H. 1 month ago

Definitely book as early as you can, especially for Spring Break. That's a super busy time. I usually try for at least a few weeks out, maybe even a month.

F Faith 1 month ago

I've ordered like 5 days before and it was fine, but if you want specific slots or it's a peak time, earlier is better. They do get booked up.

Are there any current coupon codes for first-time customers? Planning a trip for late summer.

N Nina Nguyen 1 month ago

They almost always have a first-time customer discount! I used one when I ordered a few months ago. Check their website or sign up for their emails, it usually pops up.

D Dana Lindqvist 1 month ago

Yep, look for a banner on their site or right before checkout. Sometimes it's automatic. It's usually a few bucks off or free delivery over a certain amount.

Thinking of using Water Butlers for our Disney trip, do they actually leave stuff at bell services or do I have to be there?

E Emma 1 month ago

Yeah they deliver right to bell services! We used them last summer and everything was waiting for us, even before our room was ready. Just checked it in with the bellhop.

N Noor Z. 1 month ago

I think for alcohol you might have to be present to show ID, but for regular groceries they usually just leave it with the hotel staff. I've heard some people say they got a text when it was dropped off too.

Hey, anyone know if Water Butlers is cool for military members? Looking for a grocery delivery service for our upcoming trip.

L Lisa V. 1 month ago

I'm pretty sure they do offer a military discount! I remember seeing it mentioned somewhere when I was booking last time. Worth checking their site or just asking support.

I Ivy 1 month ago

They do! My buddy used it last year for his Disney trip. I think it was like $10 or $15 off, which is pretty sweet.
